ABOUT US

HISTORY
The Anglican Mission of Lake Erie is a mission church of the Anglican Free Communion International, serving under the jurisdiction of the Anglican Vicariate of Saint George. Located in Middlefield, Ohio, we are a Christ-centered community rooted in the Gospel and formed by the teachings of Holy Scripture. We gather in the rich and reverent tradition of Anglican worship, seeking to grow in faith, serve our neighbors with compassion, and bear witness to the love of God in our local community and beyond.

VISION
Our vision is to be a thriving Anglican community in rural America, a spiritual home where people of all backgrounds are embraced and encouraged to grow in their faith. We long to see lives deeply transformed by encountering the Gospel of Jesus Christ, experiencing the fullness of life that He offers. We believe that love is the most powerful force for change in the world, and we are committed to expressing that love through acts of service and outreach to our neighbors near and far.
